Finding talent in today’s workforce is challenging. The current Web3 talent marketplace is no different — hiring is often manual, non-verifiable, and limited. The way we work continues to be transformed by the progression of the internet. We are entering a new era of open web networks and talent, which allows global participants to join online, provide and pay for services, and build without a central authority — awesome right?

Rethinkables’ mission is to become the leader and market standard for recruitment and human resource services for all of Web3. The mismatch in supply/demand dynamics amongst communities, projects and companies that are seeking talent and individuals seeking new challenges and opportunities in Web3 is an industry-wide epidemic. Rethinkable is at the forefront of the issue, attacking it from a grass roots perspective, with a roadmap to becoming enterprise grade, covering all elements to close the gap in Web3.

Rethinkable products:

Flagship products RETHINK and CONNECT are aimed to solve for Web3 networking, recruitment, and freelancing. CONNECT is live and RETHINK is in development (as of 31st of October).

RETHINK is a talent marketplace and networking platform dedicated to serving the needs of Web3. We replace the old, fragmented jobs market with a central platform that covers all Web3 job verticals. Our goal is to connect communities, companies, crypto projects, protocols, and DAOs with job opportunities in a verifiable manner, while still respecting the anonymous nature of Web3.

To do so we plan to develop a chain agnostic talent marketplace that is dedicated to serving the needs of Web3, with a mission to:

  • Increase the efficiency and lower barriers to entry for candidates and companies to search for work and find talent, supporting those transitioning from Web2.
  • Educate and develop blank profile candidates through recognising and rewarding the completion of courses, bringing adoption to our supporting L1s.
  • Disrupt how we think about recruitment by incentivising good actors through a refer-and-earn model, allowing anyone to become a recruiter.
  • Provide verification infrastructure to uplift those that are truthful and vice versa for those that take shortcuts, creating transparency and trust among anons

CONNECT has multiple use cases that are inclusive of all stakeholders in the recruitment process: communities, projects, and individuals. All of these use cases take place in Discord, providing an efficient and convenient recruitment experience. By easing this burden on both new and established communities in Web3, we aim to further innovation and career development across the space. CONNECT and RETHINK will work in parallel.

About us

The founding team at Rethinkable identified that the biggest road block to a successful project is simply building a team — scaling from 0–10 or 10–50 is quite difficult! We decided to do something about that… our experience in Web3 and passion for recruitment has led us to developing a solution.
